new skills.
For your final assignment, report on your plans to use the skill
you have developed.
Tip: Some of the following questions may help you to
formulate your answer.
- What settings would you like to work with (for example, your work team,
your extended family and the PTA)?
- How will you let people know about your new skills and your willingness to serve?
- What are your plans for deepening your understanding of work
climate (for example, what will you read and what or additional
training are you considering)?
