purpose of the Work Climate Training is to empower
you to foster a healthier and more productive
social atmosphere in a group or organization.
Although the
training includes examples and research reports,
we believe that you will learn a great deal from
your own analysis and practical planning
efforts. This is an applied training in that you
will be provided tools for assessing the
environment in a setting of your choosing. You
will then develop a plan for enhancing that
environment. Expert feedback on assignments will
help you to develop an effective strategy for
your project setting.
